Where a requesting firm's bar record has been checked, its profile shows the jurisdiction and the date we looked. We do not review disciplinary history — check the state bar for that.
Paid through the platform
Attorneys pay through Lexfora and funds settle to your connected Stripe account, so payment is not a separate invoice you chase afterwards. We do not hold funds in escrow — there is no release-on-completion step today.
Certifications on your profile
You can list certifications on your profile and they appear as you entered them. We do not verify them, and there is no insurance or E&O field yet.

Firms can rate completed work, and every review is moderated before it appears. Ratings are not restricted to paid engagements, and a provider with no reviews shows none rather than a default score.
